Celebrating all things Scottish

Friday 14 November 2025 – 7.00 pm  |.Town Hall, St Andrews, KY16 9TA

Join us for a heartwarming celebration of Scottish culture and community spirit at the historic Town Hall in St Andrews. This special evening brings together a dazzling array of volunteer performers, from toe-tapping fiddle tunes to stirring bagpipes, lively accordion reels to Scottish dancing/singing and the rich tapestry of Scottish poetry and storytelling.

We are thrilled to share some musical magic…

Top of the bill is the renowned King Creosote who will be performing live at our event! Expect an unforgettable session with Kenny Anderson on guitar and Derek O’Neill on keyboard, two exceptional talents bringing their signature sound to St Andrews.

Their music blends Scottish folk roots with modern ambient textures, weaving poetic lyrics through acoustic melodies, synths, and experimental arrangements. Whether wistful or whimsical, their sound is always intimate, authentic, and deeply evocative.

And expect performances from:

  • Local singers and dancers
  • Fiddle, accordion, and bagpipe players
  • The pipe band
  • Poets and storytellers sharing tales of Scotland’s soul

All listed on our poster.

Our compere for the evening will be the delightful Kristina (Christina Mowatt), we are so grateful to have her join us for this special occasion and she will be singing some of our favourite songs.

Every act is offered freely by talented members of our community, united by a shared love of tradition and generosity. While we are not able to formally fundraise, all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to local charities/groups/foodbank etc. supporting those who need it most.

Tickets:

  • £11 (standard)
  • £5.50 (students/schoolchildren)
